WELCOME TO TTCMSO
How the STAL-Project scored its first Goals
The Structure to work through the STAL-Project is finalized. Practical work in companies is starting now. This is what has been prepared:
Process Audit
We build it up like a medical Diagnosis and used competencies partnering with Institutions (German Chemistry, Universities, and Consulting). The Audit Tool we further developed here in BKK adapting it to the Textile / Garment Industry Sector and attaching an internationally proved Scoring System.
Benchmark
Out of the Process Audit 245 multiple choice criteria developed to be passed by each STAL-Project participating company. The same Diagnosis we packed into our international Benchmark Tool which allows each STAL-Project participating company to compare with many international counterparts.
Staff calculating and Training Model
The results of the Process Audit and the Benchmark tell about international competitiveness of each participating company. But also about staff’s Training needs, the staff-number required in each company. A Calculation Model delivers based on international and domestic competition the number of staff required and the training area needed. By targeting Training like this we will in the STAL-Project achieve 20% to 35% Productivity Increase in each participating company.
Training Ingredients
Knowing really and clearly who and in what area to train is important. But making company individual “training” available needs a vast know how back up. This we generate with our Canadian partners preparing program curricula out of 4.000 Textile / Garment Skill-Learning modules. This back-up will allow us to train for the productivity increase required to streamline the STAL-Project participating company and making it extremely cost effective, slim and added value oriented.
TTCMSO is now also working on international benchmark countries and presumably will invite Sri Lanka, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Turkey, Pakistan, Germany and Canada. The STAL-Project, now in full Swing, is using modern tools and competencies to help to bring the Textile / Garment Industry as much forward as ever possible. There are still places to take part on the cost-free, OSMEP sponsored Project based on the Government Stimuli Package. Please contact Khun Pannida pannida@ttcmso.com or phone 02374 6629
