An annual marketing plan will assist your Company in finding out what your Company needs to do, how to do it, and when to do it. At the end of our course you will have completed the following:

• Create a marketing calendar that contains a month-by-month schedule
When the course is finalized you will have a strong marketing plan in your hand. It will become an important tool that will help you work smarter (not meaning harder) at achieving your marketing goals. You may want to revisit your Company’s marketing course and revise your marketing plan year by year to keep pace with economic and market developments. Your marketing plan should reflect changes and goals based on the previous year's marketing experience and the future insight.
How it Works
Each of the six days your marketing staff will receive a new lesson and assignment to complete. TTCMSO will coach you through those 6 days and by the time you have completed the 6th. day you will have created your annual marketing plan.
